If you are looking for a quiet, friendly apartment with convenient parking and on the bus route located just minutes from Western Michigan University, look no further. Located off of 11^th street in Kalamazoo, Bayberry Point Apartments are just minutes from the shopping and restaurants on West Main and a short drive to Westnedge Ave.

California West

Located on a quiet drive within walking distance of Western Michigan University, California West is a perfect place for a student to call home. This two bedroom apartment has a large living room and two large rooms as well as both a full and half bath. We are a pet friendly community with large private balconies or walk out patios. All units have updated laundry and security entrance to ensure your safety.

Coddington West

Nestled off a quiet little street in the heart of it all, Coddington West is just minutes away from all the shopping and restaurants on West Main and Stadium drive. Higher education is within reach being located just minutes from Western Michigan University and Kalamazoo Valley Community College.

University Village

With large rooms and a private balcony located within walking distance of Western Michigan University, University Village Apartment is a perfect place to call home. All units include a large, open living room and generously sized bedrooms. These pet friendly units sport both a full and half bath. With convenient access to the bus and prime location you are never far from dining and entertainment.

Whitegate

Whitegate Apartments are managed by the locally owned and operated Bronco Apartments here in Kalamazoo. We are conveniently located just off Stadium Dr. and a mile from US 131. Being only a few short miles from WMU and Kalamazoo College's campus we are perfect for any student or family alike to move in. We offer both spacious one and two bedroom apartments and we are right on the bus line.

We've lived with bronco for about 3 years now and in a couple different of the locations and everytime we have been satisfied with each one of our apartments. One thing we like about Bronco is they are pet friendly and the people in office are great! We know almost all by names and are always super kind and friendly when we come in and overall a great environment with them. They make you feel welcome comfortable which is one of the many reasons why we stay.

I have had the pleasure of staying here at the Bronco Village Apartments for a year almost to this date today. The management staff starting With Ron and Dawn along with the maintenance team have been nothing but exceptional along with very supportive to myself and the Fresh Start program that they have so graciously supported for people that have been displaced in housing. After a successful year in the Fresh Start program upon graduation they allow the participants to maintain rental in one of the units here at any Of the Bronco apartment complexes. With that being said I've had the pleasure of graduating the program. The management team lived up to their word and allowed me to rent
one of the unit they went above and beyond my expectations too my new 2 bedroom apartment I have brand new appliances brand new carpet the unit was totally repainted brand new blinds also completed the unit. I really staying in the Bronco Apartments, because the maintenance team keep the uptake of the ground in very good order and they are always on call here to fulfill any of the tenants problems or concerns. With that being said it looks like I'll be out here quite a few years because I'm super happy and thank the management staff and their team for an exceptional job well done. You all have treated me as a friend and not just some guy trying to rent a unit and for that I thank you from the bottom of my heart good job well done.

Bronco Apartments are the best. I've lived in my apartment for over 15yrs. and I've never any problems. The staff is very attentive, timely and responsive. and they react to emergencles and repair requests very quickly. Plus, they are always adding to our propererty with newer amenities. It's a very good value, and a great place to live
